The founder, Seeto Kui, arrived in PNG in 1914 at the age of 13. In 1952, his son James E. Seeto took over the business alongside brothers Robert, Ronald, and Danny, diversifying across multiple sectors. After a strategic amalgamation in 2005, the organisation now trades as Seeto Kui (Holdings) Ltd — a unified, resilient corporation.
